Cancellation Policy Ammonite Hotel Amsterdam
You can cancel your room reservation free of charge* up to 48 hours before 3PM on your arrival date*. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
You can cancel your stay via our front office team. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation. The entire amount will be reimbursed to you in compliance with our cancellation policy.
*If you have made a "non-refundable" booking there will be no reimbursements. You will be charged the room rate for the entire period you reserved a book with us.
Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings. These conditions are stated on the group reservation made by you.
On arrival, a €100 deposit must be paid by debit card or by credit card. After the room has been inspected at checkout and no issues are detected your deposit will be returned within 48 hours.
Uniform condition and Catering
In addition to the abovementioned cancellation conditions, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our agreements and services. You can view these terms and conditions by clicking on this link: www.khn.nl/uvh-en.
If the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) conflicts with the Cancellation Policy of Ammonite Hotel Amsterdam, the latter will prevail.
